Consultations take place at two sites in eastern France. Mulhouse lies within easy reach of Basel, Freiburg and Strasbourg, and is served directly by the EuroAirport Basel–Mulhouse–Freiburg.

Referring a patient

Colleagues wishing to refer a patient are welcome to make contact directly. Where the question concerns chronic wrist pain, instability or a previously operated wrist, sending the following in advance considerably shortens the pathway:

• Plain radiographs, including any films taken at the time of the original injury.
• CT and MRI images — the source files rather than the written report alone.
• Previous operative notes, where applicable.
• A brief summary of the mechanism, the time course and the treatments already tried.
